NEPIRC · Northeastern Pennsylvania Industrial Resource Center
Director of Technology
November 2021 – Present
- Own NEPIRC’s information systems, its AI policy and its disaster recovery, and the policies that hold them together.
- Built the Salesforce object that tracks employee expenses and mileage for federal reporting, and review the records each month, sending them back when something is off.
- Approve the monthly organization-wide credit-card expense reports.
- Built the KPI, budget-versus-actual, pipeline and sales-forecast dashboards, with year-over-year and month-over-month views for project managers and business advisors.
- Run the quarterly state and federal client impact surveys: scheduling interviews with business advisors, pulling the project reports and talking points, and sitting in on the interviews themselves.
- Help manufacturers report their impact accurately, and use those interviews to introduce the grants and services they may need next.
- Took over marketing in May 2025 when the marketing manager left: promotion for events and trainings, cut sheets, social posts, e-blasts, the WordPress site, SEO reporting, and the review of open rates and registrations.
- Selected Conga for proposals, set it up and trained the staff who use it, which took the manual work and the errors out of the proposal process.
- Conduct NIST 800-171 and CMMC 2.0 gap analyses for regional manufacturers, and report the findings.
- Ran NEPIRC’s NIST Supplier Scouting work: industry trend data, and matching Pennsylvania manufacturers with domestic suppliers.
- Write the grant narratives and the closeout reports, and maintain the CRM bridge between NEPIRC and Pennsylvania DCED.
- Run Manufacturing Day, NEPIRC’s largest event at more than 300 attendees and 100 exhibitors, and NEPIRC’s Advanced Technology and AI Summit, including exhibitor sales for both.
- Launched and host the Manufacturing Matters podcast, and appear on live television and radio on manufacturing and AI on the factory floor.
